- - What actually is blogging and an example of it... - -

Is blogging an excuse that 10 year old kids use to tell their parents that they are practicing their creative writing? Or for people as their border of escape from the world and its troubles? Who knows...the only thing I know right now is that I always run out of topic when it comes to blogging..

hehe...this blog is rather sleepy isn't it?

i used to think that i stood a chance to go overseas and study, preferably in the UK. sadly to say, this chance is long gone...but something still tells me that there's still hope. I'm really sorry, sis. I won't make it. Not even with those past year papers, or tips I came up with and actually worked. A-levels is tough (but have to get through right?). What makes it hard is A2 being mixed into the mixture. out of AS, into the fire. Okay fine, hope is standing at the edge of a knife. Actually, when it comes to all these situations, your true enemy is yourself. You become to best, because you are the best at beating your previous score. You beat other people in everything, because you can control yourself in anything. In university placement, it all begins when you are a kid, what you do, what you learn, what you think, what you put effort into...Everything comes to a point as what you have done so far is being examined, and compared. Impressive? Yes? Okay, you have a place in Imperial College.

time yet so limited, yet it knows how to make life interesting. nothing can escape it, everything will fall into it's jaws. metal rusts in time. mountains tumble in time. civilizations fall. But there and back again, you never thogut this could happen. or that. or you never thought you would see the day when space travel is a common activity or crossing the galaxy by folding space. maybe it's just how we lure those happy surprises. how do we do that? effort i guess...effort in beating your previous score...

Dumplydore uses the pensieve to store his thoguhts eh? Us, muggles (is it muggles? humans with not a drop of magical-blood in their bodies)use blogging. Ah lame

Life is so unfair isn't? sometimes you feel 'hey! Not fair! He knows how to do that and I don't!' or 'He has a Zen Vision, but i don't'. Okay, I don't know how life became unfair. is it because of what Adam did? Anyway, when life's unfair, we get to be better than other people, dont' you think?

Oh! Example of a blog? Chew......It's right here, and you have just finished reading it...

Carpe Diem!

- - Part 2 of "Lovely Romance" - -

Yes, I have decided to name my short story "Lovely Romance", after dunno how many months of namelessness... anyway, behold! =D
____________________________________________________

Many months passed by in a blink of an eye, both of them hardly noticed the time pass by as their relationship flourished like a flower in springtime. Still they met by the lake side, the hidden treasure inside the plot of woods. It was so quiet, so serene. It was a romantist's perfect set.

"You know, I feel funny," the girl said to the guy, snuggling closer in his arms as he held her tight to himself. "I've known you for such a long time, yet I still don't know your name..." She giggled. "It's kinda silly... but I wanna know your name now."

"You know, now that you've mentioned it, I have been kind of curious to what your name is," the guy replied her, " how about we do a trade, you tell me yours and I tell you mine?"

"Nooo, you tell me yours THEN I'll tell you mine," she replied, looking up at him from her sitting position in his arms.

"Tch... alright, you win." He said, bear-hugging her for a second before loosening up. "I'm Robin. What's your name, then?"

"Krystiana..." she whispered, looking over the water lapping gently upon the lake shore. 'It's nice to meet you, Robin."

"Hahaha... about 10 months too late for that." He said, stroking her long hair gently. She sighed and leaned furthur into his chest. "You're really good at pleasing a girl... did you have any girlfriends before?"

"...No, this is my first time being so... you know." He said, leaning backwards on a tree trunk. "What about yourself? Did you ever had a relationship with a guy before?"

"Well... no... my dad usually wont let guys near me." she said, wiggling herself into a more comfortable position. "I don't really like it, but what can I do about it, right?"

"True... he's probably just overprotective. Is that why you come out everyday?" he asked.

"... Robin, can I ask you a question?" she asked, after a moment's pause.

"Er... sure. Go ahead."

"What's your family like?"

This time, he paused.

"It's not something I want to talk about." He said flatly, ending the discussion.

Silence reigned for a few minutes. The atmosphere changed from romantic to tense and unwelcoming. Krystiana glanced up at Robin's face, slightly suprised at the anger and hatred in his face. "I-I'm sorry," she said, getting up from her place. "I didn't know it was a touchy subject for you. I'm sorry if I brought up any bad memories."

"Nah, it's okay. It's not your fault." Robin said, getting up as well. "I'm sorry if I acted cold just now. It's sort of like... uh... nevermind." He said apologetically. "So... ah... can I ask you something?"

"Um... okay."

"I... ah... This is kinda awkward but... ah... will you go out with me?"

Krystiana cocked an eyebrow and asked, "Aren't we already going out?"

"Well.. ah.. unofficially, yes..." he said, reaching out to take her hands in his. "But... I want to make it official now. Will you go out with me?"

"Hm... I don't know..." she said, blushing slightly. Robin looked down, dissapointed. "...don't know how long I've been waiting for you to ask that question, that is." Robin looked up, suprise and estacy on his face at this turn of events. "You mean that you will?" Krystiana smiled. "Of course I'll go out with you. How could you think otherwise?"

"Uh... right.... well, there's a fair tonight... I was wondering..." Robin trailed off.

"You were wondering if I would accompany you..."

"Er... yeah..."

"On our first date?"

"Uh huh." He nodded.

"About... 7 o'clock?"

"How'd you kno-"

"That's a very clique line, you know."

"Yeah, well..."

"7's perfect. The fair's not far from my house anyway, so I'll wait for you at the entrance. Okay?"

"Er... alright."

"Don't be late... okay?"

"I wont be."

"Alright then... see you at 7." She said as she walked away.

"W-wait! Where are you going!?" He asked, startled by her sudden departure.

"Well, I gotta get ready, don't I?" She asked, annoyed by his question.

"But..."

"Oh! I almost forgot!" She exclaimed, cutting him off. She walked up to him. "Here, this is for you..." she kissed him on the cheek. "I'll be waiting, so don't be late, okay?"

"A-alright..." He managed to stammer out. "Great, see you at 7 then!" She gave him a sly wink and walked off.

"B-bye..." Robin said, shell-shocked with his mind a 100 miles away.

- - thoughts - -

this is just a thought...
well...teens...always driven by hormones right? i think...hormones will affect you on how lovesick, or how easy for you to fall or stop liking someone.
if u happen to do something, erm ahem, like something that will take part of your hormones away, u can wake up the next day and find urself liking the gal/guy less than yesterday.
i dunno about this though...but hving a gf will suck up 90% of ur thoughts and emotions(no offence to the entire female kind). maybe this is what they call by 'puppy love'. but i think puppy love is mainly driven by hormones...

u know, many ppl hv different viewpoints about crying...some people thinks that it's a sign of weakness. once in a while is okay, but if all the time then it's mental problem. some people think that it's romantic or another way of showing 'i need u'.
romance novel writers never writes that the male character will cry. worse comes to worse he will say '**** her, **** all the world' and that's it but he never cries.
so if u ever see a girl who reads romance novels, never cry in front of her...cause it will be a sign of weakness...
but if u come up with this point of view that crying is one way to show that u need that person...like my father cried once in front of my mom but not in front of us...or my uncle cried in front of my aunt in their bedroom and i accidentally walked into them...
crying in front of ur spouse / partner can be a symbol of love. it has this silent message of saying: 'i'm not afraid to be weak and vulnerable in front of you because i trust and love you'.
well...i dunno it's just a thought, but it's not good to cry too many times in front of anyone.
