yea, if sms through the hp, u may find that u r not chosen for NS. but...there are rumours that (1)u hv to go through the choosing for 3 times because there are 3 batches. (2)i called up the hotline...they say the list for year 88 ppl hasn't come out yet and will be uploaded to site only in August. but some of my friends found out that they were chosen and they are year 88 ppl.
